CAPE TOWN-OUDTSHOORN-GARDEN ROUTE ITINERARY
Day 1: Fly to Cape Town. Overnight in Cape Town.

Days 2-3: Overnight in Cape Town.

Suggested sightseeing - City Tour, Victoria and Alfred Waterfront, cable car trip to the top of Table Mountain, boat trip round the harbour or a visit to the former prison of Robben Island, Cape Point.

Days 4-5: Drive to Oudtshoorn (approximately 3 hour drive). Overnight in Oudtshoorn.

Suggested sightseeing - ostrich farm, Cango caves.

June to September itinerary can be extended by 2 days to include Hermanus, the whale watching capital.

Days 6-9: Drive to Plettenberg Bay or Knysna. Overnight in Plettenberg Bay or Knysna.

Suggested sightseeing - Wilderness National Park, ride the Outeniqua Choo-Tjoe steam train between George and Knysna, take a boat trip to Featherbed Nature Reserve, Tsitskikamma Forest.

Days 10-11: Drive to Shamwari Game Reserve. Overnight in Shamwari.

Day 12: Drive to Port Elizabeth Airport for return flight via Johannesburg.

SKUKUSA-SUN CITY-JOHANNESBURG ITINERARY
Day 1: Fly to Johannesburg and then take an internal flight on to Skukuza/Kmia. Overnight in Skukuza, Kruger National Park.

Days 2-3: Overnight in Skukuza.

Suggested sightseeing - take full day tour or hire a car for drive around Hazyview, Pilgrim's Rest, God's Window, Three Rondawels, Blyde River Canyon.

Days 4-5: Drive on to game reserve such as Londolozi, Sabi Sabi, Mala Mala or Ngala. Overnight at game reserve.

Days 6-9: Drive to Sun City (approximately 4 hours drive). Overnight in Sun City.

Day 10: Drive back to Johannesburg Airport for return flight.

This itinerary could be extended to 14 days to include flight from Johannesburg to Cape Town, 4 nights in Cape Town, return flight from Cape Town or extended a further 7 days to include flight from Cape Town or Johannesburg to Mauritius.
