					ACCOMMODATION is in 16 spacious palm thatch cottages each with double or twin beds, mosquito nets, overhead fans, en suite shower room, small fridge and verandah. 11 cottages are on the beachfront, 5 are behind and above the first 5 beachfront rooms. Prices are per room per night, in £ sterling including full board accommodation, bird walks/drives, sundowner cruises on the dhow, kayaking, windsurfing, sailing, local airstrip transfers, laundry and taxes.

Flights, all drinks, dhow charters, deep sea fishing and creek fishing, motorised water sports, snorkeling, archaeological site visits, boat trips, spa treatment and guide fees are not included in price.

Manda Bay is closed from 30 April to 01 July 09 (the Kenya coast is generally overcast and wet at this time).

Children under 5 years are free of charge.
